Default Does an Arrest Warrant Expire?
i was wondering? i have a friend who has a warrent for theft a class D felony it was issued about 2 or 3 years ago. is there a statue of limitations like 7 years before the warrent will go away? will will he have to face the judge?

Default Statute of Limitations with Successful Avoidance of Arrest
A criminal statute of limitations ceases to run when charges are authorized, so the passage of time won't prevent your friend from being prosecuted.

will it be wiswer to let more time pass before he deals with it, like the more time that passes the less he will get out of it?
