Default Car accident with no insurance
i was in a accident which was not my fault and neither drivers had insurance. My car has damage to the front end and it will cost a couple thousand to fix it. I was wondering if i was able to do anything to the other driver even though we had no insurance to receive any money so i can fix my car up.

Your options include asking the person to pay for the damage to your car, or pursuing a small claims action.
