this is where it gets evil: I file for my tax return last year and Texas intercepts $4000 before it gets to me. I'm thinking I have a problem now. so I do some calling around.... come to find out my wonderful wife who refuses to devorce me told the court that we've been separated since 2001....OMG!!!! I left her in 2005 !! so now I owe all that back child support for the years we were together buying diapers, cars, houses, etc..... there has to be a way I can fix this. any help would be greatly appreciated. to make things worse, i was laid off and the little unemployment benifits I get after Texas takes it's cut for child support isn't enough for a lawyer.... I don't know what to do. suck it up? be a man? hmmmmm...
let me clarify this a little better. I married her in 2001. my son was born the same year and I didn't leave her till 2005.
All you need to do; provide bills listing showing you lived with her during that period and well as witness.
