My girlfriend and I purchased a house two years ago, she is borrower on the mortgage and I am listed as co-borrower. We are both on the deed for the house. The way things are going, soon we are going to no longer be in a relationship. When we bought the house we had a verbal agreement (oral contract?) to split all house-related bills (mortgage, utilities, etc) 50/50. Do I have any recourse if she decides to stop paying her half when/if we do split up?

My question involves a relationship in the state of: Florida
We lived together two years, he did something unacceptable. Our couselor even encouraged us to separate. She told him to let me go, and she told me to move out when I can.
I told him I was moving out, that I would need a little time to find a place and to sort through my things. I went to stay with my sister for a few days to clear my mind, I got a text from him telling me he would throw all my things to the curb.
My sister and I drove from Tampa to Orlando to pick up what I could.
Then I went twice more to get more things. I told him I did not have a permanent place if he could store my things. He said yes.
Well I have been getting awful text messages about donating the rest of my things. He already was getting a storage unit for some of his things so I did not think it would be an inconvenience. I got most of my things, but he is threatening not to give me my Belt..worth about 5 thousand dollars..Navajo silver belt.
What are my rights? He moved me out of that house way too early, I would have had at least 2weeks to figure out what to do with all of my things.

My question involves a person located in the state of:Georgia. I've been living in Georgia since 2006. Nobody lives here but my girlfriend and myself. I don't have any help from my family. The law states that it is illegal to evict someone without notice. That much I know. My girlfried and I have the same living problems as anyone else. Her son, who doesn't live here, put me out 2 years ago without any kind of legal notice. What right does he have to do that? I went throught a rough patch where I wasn't making enough money to pay much but, it was still more than he paid when he lived here. The house is hers and I pay my way in more waays than he did. What are my rights?
